A La Quinta traveler |
This motel was an excellent choice for us. The motel was within a few miles of the Naval Base where we watched our son graduate on 5-31-13. Very nice motel for the price. American ran & very clean. Indoor pool & hot tub were very relaxing after some long days. I would definitely recommend this motel!!! Easy on-off location.

We have ALWAYS enjoyed staying at the LaQunita chain of hotels! always clean and good service from check-in to housekeeping to check-out.
Strongly recommend to anyone traveling and unsure of what to expect! This chain is ALWAYS CONSISTENT!
I have stayed in numerous LaQuintas across the county. To me the point of staying at a chain is that things should be same from property to property. They should not vary. No refrigerator and a very poor selection for the "hot" breakfast. To me either have something or don't, but why such inconsistencies from one location to another. I understand the owner/operator concept but I know that, in the USA anyway, if I go to a McDonald's I will be able to get a Big Mac and I know how it will taste. Not so with LaQuinta - at least after this experience. I have 5 more nights reserved this year yet. Now I will revisit that decision.
I attended my son's boot camp graduation in Great Lakes last May 9 - 10. The hotel is nice the staff is friendly and it's near to all restaurant.The room is very clean. Overall rating EXCELLENT. FOR SURE I WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO ALL MY FRIENDS & RELATIVES.
We stayed for two nights here and were positively suprised. The room was very big, looked newly refurbished, and was very clean. The free wifi and breakfast (with many choices) were great. Lucy at the reception was exremely welcoming upon our arrival. I would return to this hotel.
