My husband and I stay here every time we are in CT. It is Clean, Convenient, and the shuttle to and from the hotel has always been on time. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. A continental breakfast is also included. We have never had an unpleasant experience. We will definitely be back.

We stayed recently and a lot was nice, as others have said. but they have a most interesting policy "NO breakfast before 4AM"! The night person is standing at the desk, looking into the delightful room where cold cereals are displayed in the self turn machines and hard boiled eggs and milk, waffles, orange juice and coffee are ready to go. BUT, the shifts are firm "You cannot have any of it before 4AM. My guess is the hotel seeks to save money by denying those early folks. This is an outrage! And no real explanation is offered. It is beyond bizarre and I would go elsewhere. To deny people what they paid for, to be so cruel is incredible. We took the 4:35AM shuttle and had breakfast for a 6:30AM flight out, but it was still a rush. Teeth brushing and luggage ready to go came next. I would bypass this hotel.

The hotel could use a bit of an update to brighten things up, and some healthier choices at the breakfast bar, like fat free milk and yogurts. That said we had a comfortable room, pleasant staff at a reasonable price.

I wish I had stayed here last year when I was in CT for 4 trips. I found this hotel to be convenient, clean, quiet for the most part (except for parents not telling their kids to stop running in the halls), friendly staff, decent breakfast (included), great shower and safe location. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. I plan on staying here the next time I am in CT.

Good location near airport and good value for a pretty nice mid-range hotel. Fast shuttle to the terminal, too. Good arrangement for any air traveler. Breakfast was pretty good, easy and fast. This fit perfectly with our plans.
