Been in many different la quinta hotels with great experience and great staff. this particular one not good at all.1, you walk in and it seems like they have prostitutes in the upper floors 2, room service terrible two days straight no soap. garbage left in the basket. 3rd the main general manager dont even look up to say good morning as you pass the front desk great way to be a leader at la quinta. she has a terrible attitude dont know how she made it to becoming a general manager. good luck!

Booked easily by phone, actual check in was really fast. Very clean rooms GREAT housekeeping there. Plently of great restaurants in walking distance. Very basic Laquinta but good value and nice property. (Actually with a beautiful view if your room faces front!) Had two documents being overnighted to me during my stay, front desk was very helpful and notified me as soon as delivered! Overall a Perfect stay- will return!

This is definitely showing wear and tear. Check-in and check-out was easy, but it was not a warm, welcoming environment. Upon entering the building, there is a definite odor. I thought it was smoke, my husband thought it was too much of a kind of cleaner trying to cover up the smoke or dogs. Either way, it was not pleasant. The smell was much better on the second floor where they had non-smoking rooms. We got here in the late afternoon. Breakfast in the morning is really limited, and coffee is not their strong suit. The location is a great one if you are coming out of Cuyahoga National Park. We were then going on to downtown Cleveland for dinner. It's only a ten or fifteen minute easy drive. There are good restaurants at this exit, too. The manager said that there are eleven hotels at this exit and all were busy that weekend. Next time, I would try one of the other hotels. I think we could do better.

Booked 2 rooms through expedia. No confirmation. Called 2 weeks before to be told that only one room was being held. They insisted I call expedia again to reserve other room. Arrive at hotel and pay with credit card. Other person pays cash. Room smells like cigarette smoke even though I asked for non-smoking. Also smells moldy. Not a nice hotel at all. The biggest prize-I get charged twice!! 2 different charge cards charged because, guess what? They actually did book 2 rooms initially. They won't reverse charge now either. I convinced many out of town guests to stay here instead of the Crowne Plaza because I had had good experiences with La Quinta. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Booked a non smoking room in this hotel on 5/13 for the weekend of 5/18. I arrived there and first thing I noticed was that the front desk clerk was very rude, told me that I can only have a smoking room and denied me my refund. I left went and booked in Red Roof inn across that is a smoke free environment and the staff and hotel were fabulous and welcoming. I went for La Quinta inn because of reviews but the place smells like smoke in the hall ways and they were very disrespectful.
