All commission checks are processed centrally once a month via Pegasus Commissions processing. Travel agencies will be paid in US Dollars. Commission inquiries must be submitted within 6 months of guest departure.
Each hotel will pay up to 10 percent commission on all general public and other commissionable rates for all nights of a stay. The full commission will be paid.

General public and other commissionable rates include:
   • AARP Rates
   • AAA Rates
   • Government Rates
   • TMC/Consortia 'Parity' Rates
   • Best Available Rates.

Those rates excluded from commission are:
   • Advance Purchase/Non-Refundable rates
   • Corporate contract/preferred rates that are negotiated net non-commissionable.
   • Group check-in and check-out rates (ten or more rooms) that are negotiated net non-commissionable
   • Corporate contract/preferred rates that are negotiated net non-commissionable
