Francis W. Cash, Chairman and CEO

Francis W. Cash is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of La Quinta Corporation. Prior to La Quinta, he served as Chairman, President and CEO of Mariner Post-Acute Network, one of the nation's largest nursing home companies. From 1995 through 1999, Mr. Cash served as President and CEO of Red Roof Inns, Inc., one of the leading economy lodging chains in the United States. He also served as Chairman for Red Roof from 1996 to 1999. From 1992 through 1995, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of NovaCare, Inc., the nation's largest rehabilitation management services company. Prior to 1992, Mr. Cash served for 18 years in a variety of senior management positions at Marriott Corporation, most recently as President, Marriott Service Group.
