Wayne B. Goldberg
President & Chief Executive Officer
Wayne B. Goldberg has more than 32-years experience in the lodging industry. Prior to joining La Quinta in 2000, Mr. Goldberg was Chief Operating Officer for BridgeStreet Accommodations, a worldwide corporate housing provider. Prior to BridgeStreet, Mr. Goldberg served in various roles at Red Roof Inns Inc., one of the leading economy lodging chains in the United States, including: Group Vice President, District Vice President, Regional Manager, Area Manager and General Manager. |

Rajiv K. Trivedi
Executive Vice President - Franchise & Chief Development Officer
With 21-years experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Trivedi joined La Quinta in 2000. He has served in a variety of key management roles in the hotel industry, including Cendant Corporation. At Cendant he served as Vice President of Franchise Operations managing Franchise Training, Services and Regional Marketing. Mr. Trivedi also has significant experience in franchising and development outside the hotel industry, with a number of leading consumer brands. He is active in numerous civic and industry organizations including the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA).

Angelo J. Lombardi
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lombardi joined La Quinta in 2001 as Vice President Revenue Management. Prior to joining La Quinta he spent 13-years with Red Roof Inns, Inc. in several positions including General Manager, Revenue Manager and Vice President Operations. |

Julie M. Cary
Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Cary joined La Quinta in 2006 and oversees the Company's marketing initiatives, planning and analysis. She has more than 22-years of increasing responsibility in brand management, marketing and innovation with consumer companies such as Brinker International, Dean Foods, Gerber Products Company and Ralston Purina. Ms. Cary holds a M.B.A. from Washington University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois.

Murry J. Cathlina
Executive Vice President Design & Construction
Murry Cathlina joined La Quinta in 1992. He possesses more than 27-years of construction industry experience and has managed over $1 billion dollars worth of new construction and renovations for La Quinta alone. Mr. Cathlina headed La Quinta's reimaging project Gold Medal as well as several other major renovations projects.

Mark M. Chloupek
Executive Vice President & General Counsel
From 1999 through 2006, Mr. Chloupek served as Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel of Operations for Wyndham International, Inc. Prior to joining Wyndham, Mr. Chloupek worked for Dallas-based law firm Locke, Liddell & Sapp LLP. Mr. Chloupek received a B.A. in economics from the College of William and Mary where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and suma cum laude and received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Additionally, he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and The Texas General Counsel Forum.

Vivek Shaiva
Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Mr. Shaiva joined La Quinta in 2007. Prior to joining the company, he was Senior Vice President, Enterprise Architecture for the management company that handles mergers and acquisition for The Blackstone Group's real estate portfolio where he oversaw projects related to information technology architecture, systems integration and process optimizations. He also served as the Director of Software Architecture at NBC Universal-GE, New York providing leadership to many enterprise-wide information systems projects. Prior to that, he led many large scale IT consulting assignments including lead architect at Sotheby's, New York and technology leadership roles at several leading organizations in the telecom, financials and travel industries.

Susan Salazar
Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer
Susan Salazar joined La Quinta in 2012 with more than 20 years experience developing and leading human resources organizations in the lodging and telecom industries. She has extensive leadership experience in the areas of organizational development, employee engagement, talent management, compensation planning as well as policy development. She led an international consultancy serving in executive roles at Morgan Hotels, LXR Resorts & Hotels and Hilton and was Chief People Officer for Westin Hotels and Resorts and Monet Mobile Networks. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with concentrations in French and Psychology from the University of Houston.
